MrNewbPrescriptions
Doctors write prescriptions, pharmacists fill them, and patients can get hooked. Runs on Newb_Bridge.
In-development version. These docs cover the testing build of Prescriptions. The official release is still documented on the GitBook linked in its README.
A full prescription loop. A doctor writes a script, the patient takes the paper to a pharmacy, a pharmacist bottles it, and the patient pays at the counter. Add insurance, a forgery desk, addiction, and overdoses, and you have a pharmacy that gives your medical and criminal players plenty to do. Runs on Newb_Bridge.

What's in the box
- Prescription pad. Doctors write a script for a nearby patient: medication, doses, a note, and a signature. The patient gets a paper they can actually read
- Pharmacies. Run by players (clock in, bottle, ring up customers) or by an NPC pharmacist when nobody is working
- Bottling bench. A small drag-and-drop minigame and a seal step. Ingredients come out of the pharmacy's stock room
- Cash register. Charge a nearby customer. They approve it on their screen. Insurance copays apply automatically
- Supply runs. Staff order stock from the tablet and drive the delivery themselves
- Pharmacy tablet. Search records, print a medical record, flag or revoke a prescription
- Insurance. Three plans, a card item, and an agent ped. You can also plug in m-Insurance or your own
- Thirteen medications with their own effects, and room for as many of your own as you like
- Addiction, withdrawal, and overdose. Use the same thing too often and it catches up. Narkhan spray brings someone back
- Forgery. An underground desk where people alter real scripts or fake new ones
- Shoplifting. Players can rummage pharmacy shelves for over-the-counter items. Police get pinged
- Envious shots. A cough syrup shot you mix yourself, with a very real downside
- Patient chart.
